About Options Training

Established for over 10 years, Options Training was set up to offer clients high quality, bespoke, accredited and developmental training in a cost-effective way. The trainers and associate trainers here at Options Training all have a wealth of experience in the health and social care and adult learning sectors, and we strive to make sure clients get the most benefit possible from the training we deliver.

Training can be adapted to suit the needs of the organisation and its staff so that they get the most value for money and relevant sessions from us as we can tailor our courses to your specific needs.

We are committed to ensuring all our course content is delivered to the highest possible level and that all training staff have a full range of relevant teaching and industry-relevant qualifications.

As well as the courses listed on this site, options training can build and deliver bespoke courses as required - please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss your requirements.

We also offer distance learning packs which can be a cost effective way to ensure staff that cannot who attend a face to face session still receive some support. Unlike a lot of providers, we only charge clients for completed distance learning packs, making it much better value.

Finally, we can offer Champion Training for some of our courses, so that an in-house staff member can become trained to deliver a course to internal staff.
