We will work with you to make sure what we deliver is what you need. Most of our courses can be tailored to suit your staff team, and we can adapt content to make it more relevant, whether that be for staff who work for adult care, respite, children’s support services or domiciliary care.
We are recognised by Skills for Care as an endorsed provider, which means we go through an annual assessment to ensure quality assurance process are in place. This includes regular CPD (Continues Professional Development) for the training team, and annual updates and reviews of all our active training courses so that they reflect the current practices.
Yes, for some of our courses. Please get in touch for the latest list, but we can usually offer accreditations in First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Safety and First Aid for Mental Health. If you need a course accrediting it is worth checking with us.
Yes, we see this as one of our strengths – we want to make sure you get value for money, so will work with you to include any additional or different processes relevant to the staff we are training.
As part of our working relationship, we will make sure we know exactly what you need and then we can work out how best o cover the courses to the level required in the most efficient space of time possible – we will never over-charge or over-sell. For example, if a client needs a health &safety refresher, a little bit of training on Data Protection and a session on infection control, we may able to offer this as a one-day course.
Yes, our core aim is to ‘make it easy to get it right’ so we will bring everything we need with us, from projectors and screens, to laptops, equipment, pads and pens.
Yes, we will release certificates within 3 days of payment for the training. We can do this as either a scanned copy of the certificates via email or hard copies posted out to you, whichever you prefer. There may be a slightly longer wait on accredited certificates as they will come from an external awarding body.
Yes, generally speaking, inspectors will prefer training that has been delivered face to face rather than remotely or by video and would also prefer external trainers rather than in-house training.
