Mental Health First Aid courses can be offered as unaccredited or accredited courses, from half day awareness-level, to a full day Level 2 course. Courses cover all required elements, including: What is first aid for mental health, identifying mental health conditions, providing advice and starting a conversation, stress, mental health conditions, drugs and alcohol, first aid action plan for mental health, mental health in the workplace
